This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Load Optimizer subscriptions.
Every new account can try paid features free for 7 days. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe, paid features simply stop at the end of the trial.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. When you cancel you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that.
All payments are non-refundable once billing has been completed. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. When a payment succeeds you receive immediate access to the full product for that billing period, so the service has been delivered.
Because every account gets a 7-day free trial with the complete product and no card required, you can evaluate Load Optimizer fully before any money is taken. We recommend using the trial to confirm the product fits your workflow.
To avoid a future charge, cancel auto-renewal before your next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Two exceptions apply. If you are charged more than once for the same period (a duplicate charge), or if a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the product for that period, contact us and we will put it right.
